Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of NewSummit Mission Sunrooms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Provided

NewSummit Mission Sunrooms provides sunroom installation, patio enclosures, screen rooms, pergolas, and related outdoor structure services to residential customers in Mission, TX and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you give us. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes. We will notify you of any significant price changes before beginning work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. After 30 days, pricing may be subject to change based on current material costs and availability.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in your agreement.

Scheduling and Delays

We make every effort to complete projects on time. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, permit processing, or unforeseen site conditions. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

If you need to reschedule a planned service date, please give us at least 48 hours notice when possible. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to rescheduling fees.

Warranties

Our workmanship is warranted for one year from the date of completion. Materials are covered by manufacturer warranties, which vary by product. We will provide you with warranty information for all materials used in your project.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Any modifications made by parties other than NewSummit Mission Sunrooms may void the warranty.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that pets and children are kept at a safe distance during construction. We take safety seriously and follow all applicable building codes and safety regulations.

You are responsible for marking any underground utilities or hazards on your property before we begin work. We are not liable for damage to unmarked utilities or hidden obstacles.

Permits and Approvals

We will obtain necessary permits for your project when required. However, you are responsible for ensuring that the planned work complies with any homeowner association rules, deed restrictions, or local ordinances specific to your property.

Limitation of Liability

NewSummit Mission Sunrooms is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about our services, please contact us directly so we can work together to resolve it. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be handled according to Texas state law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
